Yes! All Trask-built homes come with a 1 year builders warranty. In addition, most mechanical systems in the home come with additional (longer) manufacturers warranties. All warranty information and manuals will be left inside the home in your Trask welcome package.

HOA fees will cover the following: Master Insurance, fire suppression system monitoring & service, snow removal (driveways & walkways), spring & fall landscape clean up and summertime weeding, 10% of the annual budget will be deposited into a reserve account. The master insurance policy is walls in, so everything attached to the unit on the day of closing is covered under the policy - unit owners will only have to insure their personal belongings inside the unit.
